1. Who we are
FireX Studio LLC ("FireX Studio", "we", "us") is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at firexthanhbinh@gmail.com.
2. What this covers
This policy applies to:
- This website and every page on it.
- Any mobile application published by FireX Studio LLC, on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store we distribute through.
- Email correspondence you send to our published address.
It does not cover services operated by other companies, including Apple and Google. When you download an app from a store, that store operator's own privacy policy governs the transaction, and we have no control over it.
As of the date above, FireX Studio has not published an application. Three apps — Song Finder, Current UV Index, and Daily Expenses — are in development. The app sections below describe the commitments each will be built to, and every app will carry its own store privacy disclosure at release.
3. Information from this website
No analytics and no cookies
This website is a set of static files. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology. We do not build a profile of your visit and we do not know that you were here.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and requested file — for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not use these logs for marketing or analysis.
Web fonts
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers under Google's privacy policy. We do not send Google any other information about you, and we receive nothing back.
Forms
The contact and launch-list forms on this site do not transmit anything to a server. Submitting one opens your own email application with a pre-filled message that you choose whether to send. Nothing you type is stored by this website.
4. Information from our apps
Processing happens on your device
FireX apps are built so that your content — files, notes, photos, media, and settings — stays on your phone. Where a feature can work locally, it does, and that data is never transmitted to us.
Diagnostics
If an app offers crash or performance reporting, it will be off by default and clearly labelled. Where you turn it on, reports contain technical information about the failure — device model, operating system version, and a stack trace — and not the contents of your data.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed entirely by the app store you bought from. We receive aggregate sales reports from the store operator and never see your payment card, your billing address, or your store account credentials.
Support requests
If you email us about a problem, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to resolve the issue and to keep a record of the correspondence.
5. What we never collect
These are commitments, not current-quarter policy:
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any price.
- We do not embed advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs in our apps.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We do not request access to your contacts, precise location, microphone, or camera unless a feature you actively use requires it — and then only for that feature.
- We do not use your content to train machine-learning models.
6. How we use information
Where we do hold personal information, we use it only to:
- Answer the message you sent us.
- Diagnose and fix a fault you reported.
- Deliver an app update or a feature you asked for.
- Meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation.
- Protect our services and our users from fraud or abuse.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.
7. Legal bases
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Contract — to deliver an app or feature you have chosen to use.
- Legitimate interests — to keep our website and apps secure and functioning, and to respond to correspondence you initiate.
- Consent — for optional diagnostics, which are off until you enable them, and which you can disable at any time.
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.
9. How long we keep it
- Email correspondence — up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
- Diagnostic reports — up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Records required by law — for the period the applicable law requires, typically financial records for seven years.
- Server logs — for the period set by our hosting provider, ordinarily no longer than 30 days.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.
If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected and disclosed, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to offer.
To exercise any right, email firexthanhbinh@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge a fee. If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
FireX Studio operates from the United States, and the providers listed in section 8 may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard approved under applicable law.
13. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Accounts we use to operate the studio are protected with strong, unique credentials and two-factor authentication. Keeping data on your device rather than on our servers is itself the largest security measure we take.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes the law requires.
14. Changes to this policy
When we publish a new app, ship an app on a new platform, or change our practices, we will update this page and move the "last updated" date at the top. If a change materially reduces your privacy, we will say so prominently rather than quietly editing the text.
