The studio

A shop the size
of a forge.

FireX Studio LLC was formed in Wyoming in 2026 to do one thing properly: build mobile apps worth keeping on a home screen. No client roster, no agency work, and no growth target that would need an ad network to hit.

The standard

Why we build native.

A phone is not a small desktop, and an app is not a website in a frame.

Building native means the app follows the conventions of the platform it lives on — the gestures, the typography, the way the keyboard and the back button are supposed to behave. It launches faster, it drains less battery, and it can use what the operating system added this year rather than waiting for a wrapper to catch up.

It's slower to build and more expensive to maintain across platforms. We think you can feel the difference within about ten seconds of opening the app.

How we think

Four things we decided early.

They were easy to write down and are occasionally expensive to keep. We keep them.

Small on purpose

Craft over headcount. A studio this size can't fake a roadmap, so we don't publish one we know we can't keep. What we announce, we finish.

On-device first

Work happens on your phone wherever it possibly can. Data we never collect is data we can never leak, lose, or be asked to hand over.

Paid, not harvested

Apps are paid for by the people using them. It's the only model that keeps our incentives pointed the same direction as yours.

Maintained, not abandoned

We'd rather have three apps that still get updates than ten in a graveyard. If we can't maintain it, we don't publish it.

On the record

The company, plainly.

Everything you'd reasonably want to verify before installing something we made.
